Our Recurring Revenue team is looking to add a passionate Business Analyst to have an important part in ensuring the growth of our portfolio by assessing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that our solutions align with our customers' goals. Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and evaluate business requirements for new features, enhancements, and integrations within and beyond our SaaS platform in close collaboration with core stakeholders across IT, Finance, Customer Success, Customer Care, Marketing and Sales Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to business processes that will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our SaaS offerings. Data Analysis: Utilize data to identify trends, generate insights, and provide recommendations to support decision-making and product development.
